All inspections are conducted by qualified engineers with specialised training and experience in the remedial industry—ensuring even subtle defects are identified with precision. No area is beyond reach: when direct access is limited, we utilise rope access, drone technology, and high-zoom visual inspections to assess challenging or high-risk areas safely and effectively.
Our findings are compiled in comprehensive, professional engineering reports, complete with detailed observations, analysis, and recommendations. With Sarveli Consulting Engineers, you can be confident your building will be thoroughly assessed and clearly understood.
General Building Condition Reports
These inspections cover all internal and external building areas and include a detailed assessment of the condition and dilapidation status of various building elements. In our detailed inspection report, we will identify all findings, propose various rectification methodologies and prepare a building maintenance plan for the next ten years with Emergency Repairs, Short-Term, Medium-Term and Long-Term works clearly identified.
Problem Specific Inspections
Water Ingress, Membrane Inspections, Structural Cracking, Settlement, Window Inspections, Roof Inspections, Subfloor Inspections and other problem-specific targeted inspections.
Drone Inspections and Surveys
As a value-add to our services, we often include complimentary drone inspection. Drone surveys allow a quick and low-cost inspection of hard-to-reach areas of the building. They are also beneficial for a quick building assessment to get a better understanding of building fabric conditions.
Rope Access Inspections
For all complex defect inspections, our engineers abseil down the façade to carry out detailed investigations to get a first hand experience and understanding of the defects and carry out diagnostic inspections.
Dilapidation Surveys
Detailed photographic report capturing all existing defects and all new defects prior to construction and after construction. The dilapidation survey includes internal and external areas of buildings, council property, roads and footpaths and other structures that may be affected by construction works.
